Our goal is to proactively reach out to high-risk individuals who have had their appointments delayed or cancelled due to COVID-19 but still need counseling
What you will be doing
Completing phone call health checks/COVID screens and counseling to Grady patients without recent or upcoming medical care to help prevent people from going to the hospital. We are also looking for M4 students to help answer questions for the callers as they come up. Contact Beret Amundson at bamunds@emory.edu if you would like to participate.
*Some social needs might allow for M1/M2 involvement by reading with homeschooled kids. We will have Zoom training once we have a list + REDcap + Epic review*
