  • UCLA is offering mindful and compassion based online meditation sessions that range from 3-15 minutes.
  • Headspace is a great meditation app currently offering free programing for healthcare providers. Sessions range from 3 minutes to 1 hour. You can also redeem free access to Headspace Plus through 2020 with your National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • Ten Percent Happier is offering free access to their app, which includes podcasts, talks, and guided meditations.
